Plugging Exercise
I had a chance to work through the free Hacking Exercise for Health online course taught by two entertaining physiologists on Coursera recently. It was recommended by the people behind the Learning How to Learn MOOC. As someone who enjoys moderate exercise, this course supplemented my understanding of its health benefits.
